Yes. Our showroom has various bespoke garden rooms and buildings on display.

Our showroom is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, and weekends 10am – 2pm.

A visit to our showroom helps you to fully appreciate the quality of our garden rooms and buildings, construction techniques, workmanship, and customer service. It is also helpful to see various examples to stimulate your imagination.

Our garden rooms and buildings are fully assembled on-site. However, some parts are built in sections and assembled at the property.

All our garden rooms and buildings come with the following specifications and features, which are included in the price.

• Metal ground screw foundation.
• Fully plastered and painted internal finish.
• £1,000 electrical budget.
• Fully insulated with PIR insulation.
• EPDM firestone rubber roof.
• Aluminium doors and windows.
• Electric internal heating system.
• Composite or cedar cladding external finish.
• £25 per square metre flooring budget.

• 25% is required to secure the installation date and enable us to order all necessary materials.
• The second instalment of 50% is required two weeks before the start date.
• 25% is required on the first day of your garden room commencing.

No. Garden rooms and buildings generally fall under permitted development rights. For further information click here.

• Garden rooms and buildings cannot be fitted against the existing house.
• Garden rooms and buildings must be at least 1 metre from the house.
• Garden rooms and buildings need to be 1 metre away from the boundary fence (due to the height of the structure).
• If you live within a conservation area, you need planning consent regardless.
• If you install drainage services for a sink or toilet, you will need planning permission or a building warrant regardless.
• If your garden room or building needs planning permission, we will advise and guide you through the process.

Yes, all our garden rooms and buildings come with a 10-year structural guarantee*.

For your peace of mind, our garden rooms and buildings are renowned for their superior build quality and come with a 10-year structural guarantee*. Therefore, you can be confident it will stand the test of time.

It will, however, require to be looked after and maintained, much like your home or office building.

Furthermore, upon receipt of the balance payment, we will provide you with guidance on looking after and maintaining your garden room or building.

Most garden rooms and buildings are installed and ready for use in approximately 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the project’s specifications.
This can vary according to demand, time of year, weather conditions, availability of materials, etc. Please ask us for current lead times.
All we require you to do is clear the area where the garden room or building is being positioned and ensure the access route to where the building is going is clear.
Yes, absolutely. However, it is a slightly different process, as your garden room or building will need consent for this.
We regularly carry out special requests for our customers. We therefore offer many additional features, extras, and upgrades you may like. These include feature walls, media walls, living roofs, integrated blinds, log burners, underfloor heating, hot tub decks, and other customisation options. Ask us for an extras leaflet.
No. Our garden rooms and buildings are free-standing structures and fall under permitted development rights.
